About Phyllis Cohen

Phyllis Cohen has been with Hearing Care Center since 1992. She provides invaluable assistance to Dr. Milner and Judy Learner Nichols in numerous aspects of office management and client services.

Phyllis draws upon many years of experience in customer relations as well as successfully operating her own franchise business ventures.

At Hearing Care Center, Phyllis has the opportunity to use her skills to help people deal with the fear and misunderstanding that often accompanies first time clients coming to our office.

By working with Dr Milner and Judy, as well as attending training courses and working closely with hearing instrument manufacturers and their representatives, Phyllis has gained a deep insight into the human services side of hearing aid dispensing as well as understanding the complex issues in dealing with state-of-the-art hearing instrument technology offered at Hearing Care Center. She works closely with Hearing Care Center clients to build a trusting, long-term relationship that insures ongoing success with hearing aid use.
